We are a Catholic, charismatic organisation, committed to Christ to proclaim the Gospel message to all the youth of Ireland.
OUR APPROACH
ENCOUNTER
To engage with young people in the parish and schools between the ages of 12 – 25, faithfully witnessing to the person of Jesus Christ and calling others to follow Him.
DISCIPLESHIP
To encourage and facilitate the growth of young people’s faith, intentionally form disciples and empower and equip young people and young adults for service within ministry.
LIGHTHOUSE
To connect all people in the community, creating a sense of belonging and giving young people a place to serve and grow within the Church.
Discipleship Team Mission Plan

We prioritize creating a atmosphere to invite young people into that is joyful, a place to build friendships and have community within a faith based context. This is done through youth groups, sports and by pursuing intentional friendships with our witness of Christian living.

We individually journey with each young person through our Discipleship Program. As a part of this journey, we begin to form them through encouraging them to deepen their personal relationship with Jesus and beginning to embrace the beauty and joys of the Church.

Once having a formed relationship with Jesus, we are then naturally compelled to evangelize. We encourage this through giving leadership roles within our ministry so they can embrace “The Great Commission” that is written within all our hearts.
Road Team Mission Plan

Pre-Evangelisation
We create a space at a NET Encounter Day where young people can begin to trust us. As we chat about life and connect with them on their level, we hope we might spark curiosity in them.

Proclamation
We share about what Jesus has done in our lives. We do this through talks & dramas so that even the person with the least amount of faith is able to engage.

Invitation
The most important part of our ministry is inviting youth to have a relationship with Jesus. We find that the most effective way of doing this is offering a young person an opportunity to be prayed with.
