Hi! My name’s Marrick. I’m 19 years old, and I’m from Saskatchewan, Canada. I had taken a year off from my studies at the University of Regina to serve with NET Canada because I grew a love for mission after a trip to Haiti in 2017. I decided to do my second year with NET Ireland because I felt that I needed to be far away from home to be pushed farther outside my comfort zone. Generally, I can be found hanging out with kids, attempting to paint, or watching sports. I drink black coffee because I like the taste, and mangoes are my all-time favourite fruit. Photography is my favourite art form, and if we’re having a conversation, there’s a 100% chance I’ll say something like “okie dokie artechokie” or “yepperdoodles noodles”. It would bring me great joy if you were to partner with me and donate to NET so that I am able to continue this mission. Thank you for helping me show youth that they are loved. God bless!
