NET has an independent and active governing board of directors

The board members hold meetings at least twice a year. images

• No member of the governing board receives, either directly or indirectly, any salary, wages, fees, commissions or other amount for services rendered to the organisation.
• A majority of the governing board members are at arm’s length to each other and to the executive director.
• Each member of the governing board acts in the best interest of the organisation and is not controlled or restricted by any external entity or interest group that may have elected or appointed the individual to such governing board.


Declared Catholic Ministry

1. Each member of the organisation’s governing board and any person designated as an officer of the organisation in its governing documents, as well as key personnel, affirms his or her commitment to the Catholic faith as expressed in the teachings of the Catholic Church.

2. Each of the below individuals affirms and adheres to a moral code of the Catholic Doctrine.


Annual Independent Audit

NET Ministries of Ireland prepares financial statements within a reasonable period after the end of each fiscal period which shall be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting  principles and is signed by two members of the governing board on behalf of such board. 


Public Financial Disclosure

NET Ministries of Ireland will provide to anyone, upon request, a copy of its most recent financial statements.


Pursuit of Integrity

NET carries on its activities with the highest standards of integrity, adhering to applicable laws and in accordance with its governing documents. NET respects its position as a fiduciary for the public in carrying out its mission. NET respects the dignity and privacy of those who benefit from the organisation’s activities.
